About this veterans day song
Many veterans do not talk about what they did. A custom song lets the family say it for them. You can share where they served, the years, a funny story from boot camp or the way they hold a flag, and DANNYREESE70 will shape it into lyrics that are proud, not showy. DANNYREESE70's own Veterans Tribute song is on YouTube if you want to hear the style first.
Families give these to grandfathers at reunions. Veterans order them for their unit's anniversary or for a buddy who is struggling. Businesses and churches order them for a Veterans Day service. If the veteran is a truck driver now, the song can mention both the service and the road.
Ideas for your song

- A Veterans Day program opener for a church or school
- A song for a veteran who is now a trucker
The kind of lines it might have
An invented example of the style, not your song. Your lyrics come from your own names and stories.
He served with the Army in '71, never told us much,
Kept a folded flag in a drawer and his boots in a dusty hutch,
Now we say it for him, Grandpa, we know what you gave,
This one's for the soldier who still stands tall, never a slave.
When to order
Veterans Day is Wednesday, November 11, 2026. That is less than three weeks away, so a custom song for this year is a tight turnaround. Put the date on the order form and you will get an honest answer. Next year? Order anytime.
