About this halloween song
Halloween is a good holiday for a custom song because it is full of characters: the kid dressed as a tow truck, the neighbor who hands out full-size candy bars, the coworker who always shows up as the same cowboy. Tell DANNYREESE70 who the song is for and what tone you want, and the lyrics will follow. Spooky and slow, goofy and singalong, or a country ghost story set on a lonely farm road at midnight.
Use it for a party playlist, a costume contest intro, a haunted-house soundtrack or a post on social media. Truckers like a good ghost-on-the-highway story, so a 'phantom hitchhiker at mile marker 13' song is always on the table. Keep it family friendly or let us know if the crowd is grown-ups only.

The kind of lines it might have
An invented example of the style, not your song. Your lyrics come from your own names and stories.
There's a light on Farm Road thirteen where no light ought to be,
[Name] swears she saw a trucker with no face at the tree,
Don't flash your brights at midnight, don't wave and don't slow down,
The Halloween moon is hanging low over [Town].
